Liz specialises in the management, planning and execution of financial projects within the public sector. Her expertise lies in strategic financial planning, transaction advising, business and profitability analysis, statutory and legal compliance and corporate governance. She carries particular responsibilities in exploring potential programmes and projects. Liz has established a solid reputation within the public sector for her managerial ability, leadership and expertise in projects focusing on increasing revenue generation, defining and achieving expenditure efficiencies, and implementing corporate governance requirements.
Liz has a wide range of experience across various segments in the corporate sector. She was the Chief Financial Officer at Whirlpool where her responsibilities included strategic financial direction, aligning operational activities with strategic goals, due diligence, and merger and acquisition activities. In addition, Liz has also held financial positions at L’Oreal SA, de Beers, BMW and Unilever.
